DRT Summer Series RD 9

Guys its time to have your say

Round 8/9 (05/10/2008) of the DRT summer series falls on the same weekend as the novarossi GP due to a large number of our regular races attending this meeting the committee has discussed this matter at length and drawn the following conclusion

A: Drop the meeting and have the best 6 of 8 rounds to count

B: Drop the meeting and have the best 5 of 8 rounds to count

We would like to hear from you the members and the racers of the 2008 Summer series please take the time to vote and voice your opinion

as im away for the next one and if we drop rd 9 puts me right in trouble

Voted 5 of 8 for me too - had to miss one round with National clash, but TBH in wouldn't make much difference to me if it was 6 of 8.

We are talking about 5th October round aren't we?  Isn't this round 8 of 9 based on 1st round cancellation?

Not sure I can do the GP as it's my birthday on the 4th and I'll be 35 so don't think a full weekend of racing will please either the Mrs or family

You are correct it is round 8 of 9 but because i have not updated the calendar it shows as round 9 of 10 round one was dropped due to heavy snow fall lol

I missed the first two rounds waiting for my car to be released, surely the more rounds that count makes it all the more challenging to place somewhere or improve.

Might need to do a mail shot via e-mail Richard - some of the serial lurkers might not notice this till it's time to book in for the next round?

Fairs fair       very good to put it up to public vote   even if it didnt go my way
