
The Regional Race Rules
The drivers determines their region by the first event they enter if they enter any event from another region after that first event their points for the second region will be deemed as Nil.
All Events will run to BRCA Rules with the slight exception that this is a club based series and not a national Based Series
Entry Fee for each event will be £12 payable to each club that the driver has entered,£2 of the £12 will go to the series to cover the cost of the end of year Trophies, and end of year Champion of Champion
Entry Fee for 2 classes entered will be for the First Class £12 and the Second will be £6 if a 3rd class is entered although not advised that class would also be £6
The series will be 6 rounds with 4 to count with the final round of the series being a double point event, to activate the double points for the final event at least 3 other events must have been entered and points accrued, In exceptional Circumstances the points of 5 rounds can be accrued to give overall points in the championship but this would be for the championship only, would have to be submitted in writing, and would not Secure a Place in the Champion of Champions
Each event will have 1 round of practice and 3 rounds of qualifying with the best 2 Rounds counting, each round of qualifying will be 5/7 mins long with a practice round being at least 5 mins Bolted onto the First Round of Qualifying (Subject to attendance)
All Lower Finals will be a minimum of 15 Minutes with the "A" Main Finals being a Minimum of 20 minutes (subject to weather Condition the series reserves the right to shorten the final)
It Is you the drivers responsibility to ensure that a marshal is available if your pitting for someone else and not the responsibility of the race organiser
All Marshalls will stay on their posts until they have been relived if a marshal fails to reach their marshalling post by the start of their Race they will lose their time from that round, if done in a Final will be automatic Disqualification
In the event of extreme weather conditions during a race event if 2 rounds are completed all of the points can be taken on Qualifying if less than 2 the meeting can be halted until the 2 rounds are completed in failing this the meeting will be cancelled and where practicable rescheduled
Their must be a minimum of 10 marshal points and all must be covered
A maximum of 15 drivers will be entered into a final with a minimum of 3 drivers bumping up
Trophies/Certificates will be for 1st to 3rd in every Final supplied by the club the round is run at
Points will be calculated on qualifying and finals being plus 50% (e.g. 120 Qual and 240 Finals) with TQ taking an additional point giving a total of TQ Plus 1st Place of 361points
Brushless Class will be included in its own separate Heat/Final (subject to being at least 10) and Qualifying for this class will differ in as far as Qualifying will be 7 mins Long with Finals being a Maximum of 10
A Heat listing will be generated on the Friday at 10pm prior to the event, if you fail to notify Race Central on 07896799751 by 9pm Friday that you can not attend and fail to turn up on the day of the event you will be Charged £12 by the club involved and will not be guaranteed a place at the next event that you book in for
Any issues that may arise at an event will be down to the Club Involved, and their responsibility to resolve it amicably,
Race Central will not take the responsibility or be held accountable for Any decision made by the clubs to protect the drivers, Their Club, or any member of the public in the event of a person or persons being Injured,
Violence will not be tolerated and will be dealt with swiftly, Both Parties will be suspended and asked to leave immediately if contact is made, it will be immediately reported to the police and the BRCA
After a conversation with the committee the rule regarding 5 rounds counting, submission in writing must be before the start of the fist round to active the 5 round rule
