Buggy's: TURMOIL RTR 1:8TH 4WD BUGGY (1126 Reads)

Sport Werks

As with the majority of companies it only follows on that any successful race car will eventually be made in to an RTR. The Sportwerks Turmoil has enjoyed some great successes already not only in the UK but also world wide, national A finals, RRCI championships, are just a few of the accomplishments so far this year.
Even with an RTR the people at Sportwerks couldn’t just leave it alone. The car comes complete with a bruising .26 engine and not with a traditional knuckle scraping pull start but a heavy-duty rotor start. A tuned racing pipe and a fully loaded equipped clutch will provide more than enough power to perform any 1:8th buggy task. Not finished with just upgrading the power department Sportwerks agree that power is nothing without control so you will find the latest technology DX2 Spektrum system fitted as standard. Also no standard four-cell receiver cradle but a 1100Mah receiver battery pack as standard.

New Stuff: New for SPORTWERKS from Helger Racing (923 Reads)

As with any racecar tuning options are a must. It is now possible to buy a selection of three front and three rear roll bars to suit either the Mayhem or the Turmoil. With three in a packet the front options are 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5mm and for the rear 2.5, 2.8 and 3mm. The roll bars are direct replacements for the original items on the cars and only take a few minutes to change over, making the Sportwerks roll bars an easy way to tune your car at the race track.

Sport Werks

This is our first look at the Sportwerks Turmoil 1/8th off-road buggy. As with all Sportwerks products they are designed to the “ NO Limits, NO Rules, NO Mercy” criteria. Sportwerks are not newbie’s to the 1/8th scale off-road racing world but this is the first model to be released in the UK. Given the name Turmoil we are sure that this kit will certainly cause quite a stir and induce a state of confusion with the rest of the racing community.
