The ball bearings in the pinion gear assembly carry extreme load. In some rare cases the rubber seal of the 13x19 bearing which is installed in the bulkhead may become dislodged. To prevent this we suggest removing one seal on the inner bearing as illustrated.

These are pictures of Tom Reynolds Hong Nor with lay down servo tray. Can the eagled eyed races spot what car this has come off? Tom powered his RB powered Hong Nor with Losi step pins to 7th at round 1 BRCA national HNMC. Tom has some more work to do and may try Lipo batteries.

Inspired by the lay down servo conversion of a Losi 8 featured on Pirate RC Gary set about his conversion.
The car was run at Round 1 of the BRCA nationals at HNMC finishing 11 in the G final, Gary is working to improve his design and has made a few changes for the Panther Cup this weekend. Gary has also modified chassis for Kyosho and other cars so watch this space.
